Profhilo

Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid product that may improve hydration and skin quality in suitable individuals. Your clinician will explain the selected product, intended use, evidence and expected limitations before treatment.

Treatment may be considered for selected concerns involving hydration, texture and mild loss of elasticity. Suitability and response vary; it does not address every cause of skin ageing or replace an individual assessment.

The initial course and any maintenance treatment should follow the product instructions and your clinician’s assessment. The plan depends on your skin, medical history and response; no fixed schedule is appropriate for everyone.

Skin hydration and freshness may begin to improve within the first few weeks, while firmness and overall skin quality can continue to develop gradually after the treatment course.

It is generally recommended to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours after treatment to allow the injection points to recover.

Temporary injection-site bumps, redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur. Follow your clinician’s instructions on skincare, makeup and activity. Infection and other complications are possible; rare vascular complications may affect the skin or vision. Seek urgent medical care for severe pain, pale or discoloured skin, or any visual change, and contact the clinic for persistent or worsening symptoms.
